Selon la manière dont vous utilisez SnowVisual, il existe **deux méthodes de connexion différentes**.

### SnowVisual 5.0 dans le navigateur (accès Web)

Si vous [SnowVisual 5.0](https://www.snowvisual.com/) ouvrez dans le navigateur :&#x20;

* Saisissez votre identifiant OneSecure **adresse e-mail** une&#x20;
* Saisissez votre identifiant OneSecure **mot de passe** une
* Cliquez sur Se connecter

### SnowVisual 5.0 en local (sur place)

Avant de pouvoir vous connecter localement <mark style="color:$primary;">(par ex. sur place, sur le PC de l’installation)</mark>, vous devez définir un PIN :

* Ouvrez votre [page du compte](https://myaccount.onesecure-id.com/profile)
* Accédez à la section "**Compte**"
* Définissez votre PIN&#x20;

### Comment me connecter à SnowVisual 5.0 en local ?

Si vous utilisez SnowVisual 5.0 sur un système local (p. ex. directement sur l’installation sur place) :

* Ouvrez SnowVisual 5.0 sur le système local
* Saisissez votre **adresse e-mail** une
* Saisissez votre **PIN** une
* Cliquez sur **« Se connecter »**

### Pourquoi ne puis-je pas me connecter à SnowVisual 5.0 ?

Vérifiez que vous utilisez la bonne méthode :

* Web → mot de passe
* Local → PIN

### Pourquoi mon PIN ne fonctionne-t-il pas ?

* Vérifiez si vous avez déjà défini le PIN
* Le cas échéant, redéfinissez-le dans le compte
