# SnowVisual 5.0 di Demaclenko

Solo per chi usa SnowVisual 5.0

A seconda di come utilizzi SnowVisual, ci sono **due diversi metodi di accesso**.

### SnowVisual 5.0 nel browser (accesso web)

Se [SnowVisual 5.0](https://www.snowvisual.com/) si apre nel browser:&#x20;

* Inserisci la tua OneSecure ID **indirizzo e-mail** un&#x20;
* Inserisci la tua OneSecure ID **password** un
* Clicca su Accedi

### SnowVisual 5.0 in locale (in loco)

Prima di poter accedere in locale <mark style="color:$primary;">(ad es. direttamente sul PC dell'impianto in loco)</mark>, devi impostare un PIN:

* Apri il tuo [pagina dell'account](https://myaccount.onesecure-id.com/profile)
* Vai alla sezione "**Account**"
* Imposta il tuo PIN&#x20;

### Come accedo a SnowVisual 5.0 in locale?

Se utilizzi SnowVisual 5.0 su un sistema locale (ad es. direttamente sull'impianto in loco):

* Apri SnowVisual 5.0 sul sistema locale
* Inserisci la tua **e-mail** un
* Inserisci la tua **PIN** un
* Fai click su **"Accedi"**

### Perché non riesco ad accedere a SnowVisual 5.0?

Controlla di utilizzare il metodo corretto:

* Web → password
* Locale → PIN

### Perché il mio PIN non funziona?

* Controlla se hai già impostato il PIN
* Se necessario, reimpostalo nell'account
