# Benutzer-Verwaltung

Nur für Admins.

### Wie lade ich neue Benutzer ein?

* Klicke oben rechts auf deinen **Namen** oder dein **Profilbild**
* Wähle den Menüpunkt "**OneSecure ID**"

* Gib die Daten des Benutzers ein, also Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse und bevorzugte Sprache
* Wähle im Workspace aus, zu welcher Infrastruktur der neue Benutzer Zugriff haben soll
* Sende die Einladung ab

### Kann ich Benutzerrechte ändern?

Benutzerrechte können direkt beim Einladen neuer Benutzer vergeben und jederzeit im Nachhinein angepasst werden.

Du kannst:&#x20;

* Zugriff auf HTI-Apps festlegen, entfernen oder weitere hinzufügen
* Zugriff auf bestimmte Anlagen für Benutzer festlegen, entfernen oder weitere hinzufügen

### Wie kann ich die Benutzerrechte nachträglich ändern?

* Klicke oben rechts auf deinen **Namen** oder dein **Profilbild**
* Wähle den Menüpunkt "**OneSecure ID**"

* Daraufhin öffnet sich dein Benutzerkonto
* Klicke im Menü oben auf "[Team](https://myaccount.onesecure-id.com/team)"&#x20;
* Gib im Suchfeld den Namen oder die E‑Mail-Adresse des Benutzers ein, dessen Rechte du ändern möchtest
* Klicke danach auf die drei Punkte neben dem Benutzer und wähle "**Bearbeiten"** aus<br>

* In den **"Zugriffsrollen"** hast du die Möglichkeit, die Berechtigungen beliebig anzupassen
