Je nachdem, wie du SnowVisual verwendest, gibt es **zwei unterschiedliche Login-Methoden**.

* Öffne deine [Kontoseite](https://myaccount.onesecure-id.com/profile)
* Gehe zum Bereich "**Konto**"
* Lege deinen PIN fest&#x20;

### Wie melde ich mich beim lokalen SnowVisual 5.0 an?

Wenn du SnowVisual 5.0 auf einem lokalen System verwendest (z. B. direkt in der Anlage vor Ort):

* Öffne SnowVisual 5.0 auf dem lokalen System
* Gib deine **E-Mail-Adresse** ein
* Gib deine **PIN** ein
* Klicke auf **"Anmelden"**

### Warum kann ich mich nicht bei SnowVisual 5.0 anmelden?

Prüfe, ob du die richtige Methode verwendest:

* Web → Passwort
* Lokal → PIN

### Warum funktioniert mein PIN nicht?

* Prüfe, ob du den PIN bereits gesetzt hast
* Lege es ggf. im Konto neu fest
