# Software Handbuch

Schritt für Schritt Anleitung zur Einrichtung und Nutzung des Task Managers im skadii Workspace.

### Symbole Menüleiste

Wenn das Symbol des **Task Managers in der Sidebar nicht sichtbar ist**:

* Klicke unten links auf die vier Punkte („Alle Anwendungen“).
* Die gewünschten Anwendungen aus der Liste auswählen.

### Task Manager

**Startseite - Task Manager öffnen**

* Klicke in der Seitenleiste auf das Task Manager Symbol (blauer Kreis), um das Tool zu öffnen.&#x20;
* Nach dem Öffnen kannst du bestehende Aufgaben einsehen oder neue Aufgaben erstellen.&#x20;

### Detailansicht der Aufgaben

* Klicke auf die Aufgabe, deren Detailansicht angezeigt werden soll. Dann wird die Detailansicht auf der rechten Seite angezeigt. Hier kannst du alle relevanten Informationen zur Aufgabe einsehen.&#x20;

### Aufgaben in Projekten verwalten

Ein Projekt umfasst alle Aufgaben, die demselben Thema bzw. Ziel zuzuordnen sind. Zudem ist eine Zeiterfassung möglich. Das Zuweisen von Aufgaben zu einem Projekt hilft dir, die Arbeit zu organisieren, den Fortschritt zu verfolgen und nachzuvollziehen, wie einzelne Aufgaben zum Gesamtprojekt beitragen.&#x20;

**Wesentlicher Vorteil der Projektfunktion**:&#x20;

* **Zeiterfassung**: Die für jede Aufgabe innerhalb eines Projekts aufgewendete Zeit kann überwacht werden.
* **Sichtbarkeit:** Die Symbole (in Hellblau) zeigen an, welche Personen Zugriff auf die Projekte haben.

### Projektübersicht

Um die vollständigen Projektdetails einzusehen, klicke auf das Projekt. Die Projektseite wird geöffnet, auf der du alle Aufgaben einsehen, neue Aufgaben erstellen und die Zeiterfassung festlegen kannst.&#x20;
